when i began buying from you ,it was rare for you not to have the lenes in stock then the next day they would turn up. but recently this has not been the case , often now the lenses are not in stock even though i buy the same order every quarter . surly sombody notices that i order the same every three months so they can make sure they are in stock . you have spent a lot of time and effort getting new customers but i seems you forget your established customers to make your new customers happy .
