To Use it you simply:

• Set The Timers - Either Lens Countdown (set to either 14 or 30 days) or Case countdown (set to 90, 60 or 30 days)
• Every 24 hours Lensalert counts down 1 Day
• When the display flashes `0`, it`s time for a change
• Perfect for kids as well
