great contact lens

These contact lens are great. There really comfortable. They were much better than I expected it to be. I was wearing soft lens daily before then I switched to focus dailies and they felt much more comfortable. I would recommend these contact lens.

These should not be allowed on the market

I have worn contact lenses for 20 years and i have never had any of such bad quality of these. I read the reviews on the website and there were a couple of bad ones but thought i would give them a go, what a mistake, it is true, they do rip in half in your eye, they fall out numerous times throughout the day, the quality of them is so poor that by the end of the day driving home from work i can hardly see through them as everything goes blurry, they really are very poor standard, and eyes are the one thing you shouldnt mess around with, so on that basis, do not buy these contact lenses, and i wish this site would remove them.

Rubbish

Four times these have broken in my eye. They were comfortable once in, but I wasn`t happy with the issue of them breaking whilst I was wearing them.

Keeps breaking in my eye

Like most reviewers, I bought these contacts as they are relatively cheaper than my usual Acuvue and I thought `why not`. However, 90% of the time, they break in my eye into NUMEROUS fragments. Once, it broke into 4 pieces (at least I think so.. I am not sure if I managed to fish every bit out). Very risky, and I`ll never buy them again.

Great lenses

Have been using contacts for 17 years now. I suffer from dry eyes and have always needed to use drops with previous lens types to maintain comfort. Have been using Focus Dailies for around 9 years now. Until 7 years ago I flew fighter jets in the RAF, quite a demanding environment for lenses, and since then have flown commercially, again, a very demanding and extremely dry environment for lenses. I have NEVER had to use drops, can wear them all day and often forget I`ve got them in. Even when my eyes get dry they still remain relatively comfortable.
They have NEVER come apart either in my eye or when handling them so wonder what the h##l some of you are doing with them. Optician has often got me to try other new types but always come back to FDs. They are the best lenses that suit my eyes but everyone is different.

Too flimsy

Currently using these lenses now mainly because they`re the cheapest. I will not be buying them again as they dryout too quickly and seem to break/split whilst wearing them causing major irritation, Can be extremely dangerous when driving. Also found the acuity/clearness of vision can be poor when they become dry after 5 hours. The only plus side in ordering these is that they are relatively cheap and the order is sent out very promptly, may be due to them always having the lenses in stock. I`m now of the opinion that my eyesight is far too valuable to buy sub standard lenses that have on several occasions disintergrated or split in my eye. I will not be purchasing these lenses again.

The Best Yet

After trialling soft contact lenses over a year, including silicon hydrogels, Focus Dailies are definitely the best for me. The only problem is that they occasionally break in the eye. To combat that, I always hold a new lens up to the light before putting it in. Any chips, cracks, or small tears can be seen and therefore the lens discarded. I haven`t had a problem since. It does mean wasting about 3-5 per box, but they are one of the cheapest around so it`s worth doing it for the comfort.
